What are the delivery times ?
Your delivery via Colissimo Classic France will be assured within an indicative period of 3 to 5 days after its preparation, this means that you will receive your parcel 4 to 7 working days after placing your order for France and from 7 to 9 working days for the countries of the European Union. The period can extend up to 15 days for the DOM-TOM and countries outside the EU due to customs crossings.
These deadlines are valid after confirmation of the order (indicative duration because not dependent on postal traffic).
We remind you that during commercial operations, due to a large number of orders, these deadlines may be extended from 2 to 3 days.
How much will I be charged for delivery costs?
The amount of shipping costs is € 7 for Colissimo Classic deliveries in France, international prices are distributed by area, you can estimate the shipping costs in your order summary. The shipping costs for a standard delivery are offered to you from $100 of purchase.
How to follow the delivery of my order?
Your package will be delivered to you by the classic Colissimo or Chronopost express service, a tracking number will be provided to you by email when it is shipped.
What happens in case of absence at the time of delivery?
In case of absence at the time of delivery, your package will be delivered to the post office indicated on the calling card left in your mailbox. Your package will be kept by the post office for a period of 15 days from the day after the day of posting of the notice. At the end of this period, the package will be returned to us.

How do I return?
You have a period of 14 days of right of withdrawal from the receipt of your package. To start the return procedure, send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, filling in your Personal Data, your Order Number and the references of the parts which must be returned.
Check that you are returning all new items, labeled, in their original packaging, with all possible accessories (belts, wrist straps, etc.).
In addition to the 14 days right of withdrawal, you will then have a period of 14 additional days for us to receive your package. If the deadline is not respected, the package will be refused and will be returned to you.
Any package returned without following the indicated procedure will be refused.
Do I get reimbursed for the return costs?
